Grainger Industrial Supply

Will not receive my business any longer, a blonde haired kid decided he didn't want to work today. When coming to pickup an item I was met with eye rolls and a heavy sigh. When asking to ship a part to my business I was met with a short hasty reply telling me that if I wanted something shipped that I'd need to contact UPS and talk to them because he gets paid hourly and that's not his job. I find it hard to believe a company like Grainger would allow employees to treat commercial contractors like this... nevertheless I'll avoid this place from here on out

Karen IS AMAZING!! She delivers customer service that is above and beyond. I’ve been to several Graingers in the DFW metroplex, and this is by far the best experience I’ve had!

Karen at the front counter was refreshing today. She acknowledged me upon entry and frequently gave me eye contact until it was my turn as there were customers ahead of me. Once at the counter, she was pleasant, kind, and respectful of my time. I just wanted to give Karen some praise as she made today’s visit worth the drive/traffic getting there. Thank you Karen for your kind words and compliment.
